The Czech “koruna” (plural: n/a) is the official currency used in the Czech Republic. Its official currency code (ISO) is “CZK” and it is symbolized by “Kč”. The primary denominations include a 50 haleru coin; 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 koruna coins (1 koruna = 100 haleru); and 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 koruna paper bank notes. In the Czech Republic, decimal numbers are denoted using a comma (e.g. 1,50). The koruna has a floated exchange rate.
